regardless of the differing opinions here, as a business it is , as always, the market that will determine whether Adidas sees a positive financial return .............. or not. Either way it is of no consequence to me.
Based on the symptoms you described and the findings by the shop my diagnosis.............sorry to say...........would be that the battery itself is fine. My assumption would be something faulty with the rosenberger connection on the battery, that being the common denominator between their...
I would expect it to need tapping down...not forced down by tightening the top cap. I have had mine apart for cleaning and regreasing and seem to remember that was the case. Zero gap on mine.
I think if you check it was made clear on a number of posts on this forum that the normal 2 year warranty was extended to 4 years for the motor only and only on 2019 and 2020 bikes. You have already had a new battery to motor cable replaced FOC which costs c £90 and been offered a significant...
Take a look at your photos...............notice the gap in the cup that sits directly under the sloping top cap of the headset? Pretty sure that gap should be closed by pressing it down.
It would be better changing to Code RSC. Code RS gets you the swing lever ( S)..........Code RSC get you the swing lever (S) and contact point adjustment ( C).
some hub manufacturers like Hope or DT Swiss sell hubs that can take HG, XD or Microspline freehubs by selling conversion kits. Your hub appears to be Husqvarna branded ( although I doubt they manufacture it) so if that hub is capable of being adapted your Husqvarna dealer will sell conversion...
sorry to say it does not sound the least plausible that a toe-rag would break into a shed and steal a Fazua battery/motor rather than the bike!! Its not like there is a huge market for a Fazua battery!!
If you want this post to look a little more genuine you could say how long you have owned the...
...seriously I have found even with ordinary gx axs that gear change can be perfect when riding but often a bit reluctant on one gear or another when on the stand. It may have something to do with the difference in chain tension when on the stand due to the rear triangle just hanging.
It sounds like you have dislodged the system used to clip the cables to the upper face of the downtube. From memory there are 3 of them spaced at intervals up the downtube...... and ( again from memory) 3 clips a cross on each. You need to sort that to resolve your problems. I say from memory...
A few observations!
1. Of course EMTBs should race in a separate category to analogue bikes
2. A course for EMTB should be very different to an XC course............which would be boring!!
3. Racing is not really what EMTBs are all about is it?? There is so much more to experience and see.

The only component that has blutooth is the controller...the LED Remote. Kiox 300 is merely a slave screen. If the Kiox 300 is not being recognised it must be either faulty or incorrectly installed. The controller messages every device on the CANBUS.
