It depends where you ride. Are you constantly on the smaller sprocket turning your legs at 110 rpm? If so you may need a bigger chainring. On the other side if you struggle to get up the hill on 1st gear a smaller one could help.

Unless you find the available colors horrible, with this price difference the choice is easy!

These differences may appear on rough terrain at high speed. In the example video above any will do the job.
