    E82 Dengfu frame now available

Yep, exactly 4kg with battery holders and everything. I guess it will be cca the same weight with E82. They can save some grams on battery holders. That battery cover is unlucky, shame they did not change it. I would also welcome one hex bolt for battery retention instead of that bloody key lock.

    Bafang M630 Thread

Yep, also looking for that frame. ;) You wont spoil anything with this frame and till you get the frame I hope also M560 will be here. Not much changes though. I see BMS button is gone, no holes for cables (I would rather go with holes). Bigger battery. Yes, 170mm rear travel. That rear...

    Bafang M630 Thread

That is right, lets wait some months for M560. Till then you can put some older used M600 into your build. Yes, thats unlucky bafang disabled throttle on M820, I was surprised about this. I am seeing where it all goes with Bafangs: No throttle and hardcoded speed. But there is still option to...

    Bafang M630 Thread

Yes. 1000W definitelly. Lets see how 750W would stand 1200W peak (anyway this can be a sweetspot for normal ebikes). I guess they now redesigning controller for m560. As till now they just used M510 fc2.0 controller. But it could be the same only more powerful Fets.

    Bafang M630 Thread

Hello. No news about M630. M560 is also with 750W firmware. I guess 1000W is now dismissed. What I have spot, they did split these motors to US version(750W) and non US (according the boot codes). But is possible to flash any firmware after some bin file manipulation. And you right, seems...

    Bafang m820

Hello Mike. You mean 120 Ohm bus terminator? One is in a controller, other in display. No need to have in battery. I guess Bafang did not add CAN communication to charger as it would be more expensive. But good for us they do not charging only after proper CAN handshake - like cars do. Wont be...

    Bafang m820

Yes, is a CAN bus battery, but looks like there is no CAN L/H at charging connector. Can connector is separate.

    Bafang m820

Interesting, that Bafang used extra pins on charger and used thermistor and ID pin - just complicating things. Would expect rather CAN bus.

    Bafang m510

Hello Dave. I see you have also FC1.0 from the version of your firmware. Adam, cheapest is K1 Flash Light (can set also all the parameters of FC2.0), but if you wanna experiment also with flashing firmwares then K1 Flash (comes also with many firmware files on SD card). I do not expecting new...

    Bafang M500 and M600 motors

It depends what you looking for. Bafang is famous for higher power and less pedalling - we all get lazy from this motor. ;) You can still update to M510 FC2.0. All is compatible and it is a good motor - you can finally set controller parameters: power levels, acceleration, support level, rpms...

    M510 power variations

Thats great. ;) Working now on a webpage, so there will be proper page finally. I hate it though, so much youtube to watch. ;)

    Bafang M620 setup CAN parameters.

Here is latest thanks email from a customer from Australia - they have lot of M620 motors there. ;) Customer did tried the latest firmware 41.1 and we trying figuring out how that Eco/Sport settings works. In original Besst programmer also possible to setup only 5 levels. Dont understand why...

Saw it just now. Sorry. That 41.1 is 48V.

    Bafang M620 setup CAN parameters.

Hello. With old M620 CAN firmares, you can not set much, everything is hardcoded. Only speed limit, wheel and circumference. But there is latest firmware 41.1 where u can set also power levels. (Throttle speed hardcoded here - unfortunatelly)

    Bafang m510

Bafang CAN displays works with every voltage. Dont worry, also DPC245 will be working. Do u have Battery Info option on display? If so you have 52V CAN battery and this would be the reason why it show you correct SOC.

K1 Flash - setup CAN motor parameters, Firmware update (bin files included), Calibration >>> and NEW device: BB Racing

Hello. What you mean to strenghten BBR? Not possible to add throttle support, or manipulate walk mode. You need to have source code of firmware, which you wont get.

    Bafang m510

Hmmm, it has option to set battery voltage? Intersting, could you take a screenshot? I had DPC18 and did not noticed it.

Yes, also without TS. You said u have changed everything, right? So only sensor is missing. ;) Try connect to Best without torque sensor connected and let us know.
