Anyone know what the blue soft crumbly tacky substance is that goes between the motor and frame? Mine kinda disintegrated when removing the motor, thinking a bit of silicone or similar will be appropriate when reinstalling.....

Hey Sophie 777 Re the seat post it really isn’t an issue, as the post drops the angle of the seat changes IIRC 12 degrees, so simply set the angle you prefer at the position you will ride most, simples non?
