When I turn it off and on again , e010. After a while , it’s normal, until a put pressure on the cranks. It’s at the shop (Shimano service center) , first look , everything seems fine on the computer...

Cleaned everything...when I turn it on it seems good. Minor pressure on the pedals results in error code E010....guess it's going to be the torque sensor.... Waiting for Commencal response...

I’m just a normal avid biker...so just speculating with some common sense. Shimano motor backward compatible in old frame...that would be awesome...but very hard to believe. I would not be surprised if YT would launch a more trail like ebike, shorter travel... Anyway...we will not know until...

Most likely YT will have a complete new decoy in 2021 with new shimano 9000 motor. Which will come with the 700W battery. Don't think they will release a 700W batt for the current version...

I agree...it's the best motor (when it works...), but the Shimano is also very good and very tunable and very reliable. I don't need more power (torque)....i just put it on US settings, gets me 32 km/h, is all i need for enduro.
