DIY: Range extender for Levo (and Kenevo)

Maybe you should look to the specifications but i don't know if i can post them here. Anyway the relay is a 24V and therefore a resistance is needed to trig . The maximum current is 15A I don't see why you say very little. Peak power of the motor is around 600w roughly, it gives 14...

DIY: Range extender for Levo (and Kenevo)

Actually the Levorex uses only one relays 10A/250V although the pics show 2. I know it because I had one and dismounted it

DIY: Range extender for Levo (and Kenevo)

The point is that the main battery has the TCU (in the Levo case) to power on the battery and the BMS for all the check and level up the cells. Now the extender: if it comes with no switch whatsoever, then it is directly connected to the motor already before the bike is powered on, a better...

DIY: Range extender for Levo (and Kenevo)

One question. I see here very interesting projects, but I notice the absence of a switch to power on the extender after the main battery. Why? You think not ncessary?

Other Mastermind (TCU 2) "How to" guides

Yes, but imagine you have as setup 30/60/100 with peak 100. You are riding ECO then you decide to change into 40% assistance, I think 40/40 is not higher than 30/100 because you don't have all the dynamic range. I would have preferred the microtune to copy the peak of the main setup -if it's the...

Why the multilevel assistance setup changes with the same percentage of the peak power? 30/30 is not the same as having 30/100...

You have to think the static values as the "center" (just to simplify) of the range you set in the smarpower. Smartpower selects the values from that range from min to max.

Very strange that with barometer you find such discrepancies. Have you tried DEM?

In order to put a rugged phone on the handlebar that doesn't look like a TV, I adopted this 4-inch. It costs less than 100 euros, it is a rugged and fits perfectly, the dimensions to be clear are those of a garmin device. The battery is only 2000 mAh but if you do not use a sim card, you only...

    | think that Blevo and MC read and write the same data.So Whatever modification you make with one, it will be available for the other because the setup is stored in the bike.If you lose your phone, the bike will read the last settings set from either Blevo or MC,depending on which sw last...

The Cubot King kong mini is perfect in size and cost.Among the cons, like a lot of other smartphones in the lot, is the absence of the barometer. The barometer if you want a precise calculation of the ascent and altitude,is a must because the GPS alone even if GPS+ GLONASS+... is not accurate. I...

You have to open configuration you'll find a couple of points to set. After that you will see on the display the percentage of battery as a sum of the main + extender. When Blevo reads a % amount discharge from the main, the same applies for the extender, since Blevo can't read the status of the...

Mission Control REQUEST FOR “OVER THE AIR” FW UPDATE BETA TESTERS (Levo/Kenevo gen 2)

I'm not sure rollback here means what you say. My interpretation is "you go to your lbs who connects the USB and reinstall the firmware". I think EBIKE does not work differently from other equipment, for example a firmware update on the smartphone. Since you overwrite the memory if you interrupt...

Mission Control REQUEST FOR “OVER THE AIR” FW UPDATE BETA TESTERS (Levo/Kenevo gen 2)

That was very clear in the no-answer from Specialized. But I was expecting the possibility to roll back with a laptop version of the firmware and avoiding asking the lbs to do the job... So everyone could be eligible for the test and nothing to be scared about.
