You can try to reset the module ,it has a pin hole on the bottom you push a pin in. Remove the battery cover and you will see the module ,just remove the screws and find the hole

Apparently Bosch are also having Problems with there IT systems lol sand out duplicate or incorrect email responses . MY motor had been sent yet i have been informed my the shop ,they say are now going to send out a replacement motor .

Yes i have been told this by wheelbase . My 12 month old CX gen 4 motor has been sent to Germany for assessment over error codes , ive just been told it could be 2 week turn around or 2 months . Perfect timing when i have 3 weeks off for a Christmas and intended to be out on my bike most days
