I chose the cef50 over the lce due to the chainstay length being longer on lce. Additionally, i didnt like locked down nature of shimano motors when it comes to diy batteries.
Lower mount on shock has shifted forward as well as linkage to accomodate larger diameter air shocks/coils. You can see in latest pictures the difference. Subtle but there.
It wasnt 1:1, it started around 3.x. and ended around 2.x, with roughly 32% progression, which says the leverage curve progression would take kindly to coil shocks, and actually you would need to run high volume no spacer air setups. Do you guys have a hard time using full travel?
Did someone do a linkage and leverage ratio curve with V1 suspension dynamics? We need that on V2. I would love to be able to swap in a coil for park days etc.
Here is the thing, red flags are going off for me because I have bought multiple frames from overseas. I have never had to do a freight forwarder. Now you are vulnerable to how the freight forwarder does the paperwork, handling, and insurance. At the end of the day, szzs is trying to save a...
Szzs better take care of you because honestly this popularity of frame is only going to take off from here, especially if rob reviews it on youtube. We can torpedo all future sales by just posting our experiences here where szzs did not take care of us.
About to pull the trigger but jean is saying i should use a freight forwarder because the taxes would add another $137. Anyone have experience with this getting the frame shipped to the US?
I just cant imagine the volume is there to optimize for 48v. If there are no weight deltas between 36v and 48v, they most likely did not imo. China usually designs to the lowest common denominator to hit a price point.
That may be true for instantaneous peak power, since the motor controller will have peak current limits. I would wager a guess that for the sake of production efficiency, the 36v, 43v, and 48v versions of the m820 motor are exactly the same with just different firmware between the 3 for voltage...
