I did the 70km also on one battery. The e05 Dengfu with m600. And I did that a few times by now. You just don’t use throttle and never go past lowest pas level. Ofcourse it depends on many other factors like your own weight, tyres etc etc. In this case it’s a trail bike.

No need for the other wires. Just for a more accurate battery status and range on display. Without the connection the bike stil functions fine. Range on display may be a little less reliable as before.

You need little computer skill to set up a bafang BESST login. The BESST tool is +- 150 euro. From then it wil be possible to also alter max speed and update firmware yourself. But it wil be a qamble if calibration wil fix your problem.
