Hope standard offset +5mm compared to E13 and Hope narrow offset is -1.5mm compared to E13. I’ve ordered standard offset. Won’t be fitting the Spesh Hope cranks because they are not equal width about the centre line. As a friend of ours says…Wonky…..

I use contact lenses (varifocal) for riding. I’ve found that there is always a compromise on near or far clarity with contacts, so I get a prescription that gives me better near that far vision and it works very well. You can then use any sunglasses or clear Lenses.

It’s the same interface right? Q factor is the total width between the two cranks where the pedals fit?

I just tried again and it all worked, last night I could not get order completion, but it worked this morning (my iPhone played nicely and translated it all the English for me).

I’ve tried to purchase from the Italian store but I couldnt get passed the shipping option page.

I have the two piece E13 crank tool, I didn’t screw one piece in sufficiently so it stripped the threads rather than pulling the crank.

Yeah, I have a bearing puller but it’s a bit tool large.

For warmth and the ‘just in case’ extra deep puddles…..

I’ve stripped the threads on the E13 cranks, the threads that the crank remover threads onto. Any tips for getting the cranks off?

the 5ten/addidas trailcross boots are the best I have ever used and they certainly keep your feet dry. add a pair of waterproof socks and you are sorted.
