Picked up my SL on Saturday and loved it until I got to the downhills and rooty sections. I now know what you mean by noodle. I've never seen flex in forks before yesterday's ride. Scary and funny at the same time! Fork is the first upgrade on the list. I think the Lyrick ultimate looks like a...
In exactly the opposite way to making a big bike smaller I always prefer to make a small bike bigger, longer stem and clamping the seat nearer the front. ;). This keeps me more over the front and seems less twitchy in the steering department. I ran a 35mm stem for a couple of years but have...
I'm a smidge over 6', and Large is perfect. Really depends on your reach and leg length. I tried both L and XL and to be honest wasn't much in it. The spesh size calculator put me on a large too. There seems to be a trend at the moment to go larger but its really personal taste. Go and try a...
Out of interest, how tall are you? Do you think @6foot the large will be OK. The sizing configurator on Spesh site tells me that a large is the right size although I always felt a little on top of my Levo 2020.
So the FF Levo and I have now parted ways. I hope the new owner enjoys his bargain 5 week old 2020 bike and I'm sure with the 4 year warranty it will keep residuals strong too.. So the search is now on for the replacement. I was hoping I had learnt a lesson, expensive at that, but I find myself...
For me it’s the lack of nimbleness that I miss. My current analogue bikes feel so nimble but still plough when needed. I’m finding that to make the Levo move around ,pop, you have to put in so much effort. Lots of lower back use which is not great for me having suffered lower back issues for...
That’s exactly what I’m going to do next time. I’m normally quite sensible. I think I tried around 10 enduro MTBs before buying my last bike. I hadn’t even tried the Levo. Just had 30 mins on a Merida 8000 and loved it. After some research I based my Levo purchase on the LBS and warranty...
Just interested if anyone else regretted buying the Full FatLevo rather than going for the SL.
I guess I found out the hard way. Kind of got caught up in the first new EMTB purchase excitement. My local bike shop pursued me to go FF but it didn’t take long before I realised It was the wrong...

Thought I'd already posted but tech has let me down. Hi all. New to the forum and new to EMTB. First substantial ride out today. Amazing morning with my son and friends. Bike is a beast. Hope you like the pic.
Jeff, you are a genius. After adjusting the b screw to move the jockey wheel slightly closer the first time I put pressure on the crank it felt like the whole rear end exploded. Subsequent tests and no more noise. Thanks again. this was driving me mad.
