I just got a SCOR 4060z ST. Great bike for the money and with Shimano brakes and drivetrain. Don’t like SRAM except for their AXS shifter which I will be installing.

You might have bent the derailleur hanger even if it looks straight. Get a new one (they’re cheap). You should carry an extra anyway

Just had mine replaced . Chain moved when back pedaling.

My cross country sl is at 16.1 kg. My mountain setup is 17.5 kg. Changes are aluminum rims, tougher tires and coil rear shock. So most of weight change is in the wheels and you can definitely tell accelerating out of corners.

No cable on AXS system. You set it with a guide. Shifts perfectly on stand. Only under load uphill or in rough does it try to upshift. Also no reason it should stay in gear if I hold the shifter down but it does. Will try b tension screw to get chain closer

I used a shimano xt drivetrain with no issues. Switched to gx axs. Now have issues of chain jumping to higher gear from largest 3 cogs. And yes, the axs derailleur is adjusted properly. Have to hold shifter down to keep chain from up shifting on climbs. Works perfectly on stand though.

Get a levo sl. Mine is down to 36lbs. Plenty of power and still nimble on Singletrack

Tpi different. 120 on 2.6, 60 on 2.4.

The recon 2.4 is 60tpi. The 2.6 is 120 tpi. The 2.4 is the heaviest Recon.
