It would require a lot more in this ‘Custom build’ to get this alloy framed Levo under 20kgs. The weight difference between a 700 and 500 is around 700gms. That coil is a heavy lump too. What else was done?
Very sceptical about this ‘weigh in‘ as it does not add up.
More than happy to be...
Apart from the obvious visual changes, New RS Pike and SRAM Eagle, pedals.... what other mods do you do to get the weight down? What is the wheelset? What are the brakes? Hard to tell with the low res photos
36.99lbs (16.77kgs) is impressive (y)
Grossglockner is the highest mountain in Austria and the highest mountain in the Alps east of the Brenner Pass.
Elevation: 3,798 m (12,461 ft)
So just under 3 times higher than anything in the UK.......
In the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, a mountain is usually defined as any...
I have never looked back after buying one.
I kept the 500 for bike park days and days when you want to session your local trails in the morning with the 500, break for a quick bite of lunch and then do an epic afternoon session with the 700. No brainer, get one, you will love it ;)
Agree but with stats from both FF Levo batteries.
The 500Wh and the 700Wh v SL 320Wh and then......
The 500Wh and the 700Wh v SL 320Wh with the 160Wh extender
This would also give people with the older Levos and Kenevos with the older 504Wh batteries a more informed idea of what they could...
Wow, great trail to ride with great scenery and some very sketchy skinny parts to navigate through (y) A long way down if you came off in the wrong place  Also, you wouldn’t want to be scared of heights in some places by the look of it
Very good distance and over 1000 metres of...
Okay, so not a 2020 but a 2019 although I think they have similar clearance ‘challenges’
Currently running a 2.4 Eddy Current on the rear which gives me better clearance and the ability to fit a modified RRP/Mud hugger combo mudguard.
Hey Rob,
Really good info to digest.
Out of interest, what settings were you on for Eco, Trail and Turbo?
Also, is it possible to download the CSV file and look at column J which should be called ‘Battery Current (A)’ as this will tell you what Amps the motor was drawing for each second during...
Thanks for responding so quickly @Specialized Rider Care it is very much appreciated.
If, as you state above,
thankfully the majority of riders aren't having problems, however we do accept that there are an increased number of water-based faults in the UK in particular.
I do not think it is...
I am sorry but I bought a Specialized bike from a Specialized dealer. My warranty is with Specialized. Specialized need to deal with this issue by having a ‘drains up‘ meeting with Brose.
I believe Bosch offer a ‘rolling‘ motor warranty. If an engine dies and it is within the warranty period the motor is replaced and warranty period for the motor goes back to zero from the date it was replaced.
I do not think it is unreasonable for us to expect Specialized to do the same to...
@Specialized Rider Care . Just for the record, I love my Levo’s, I dont want to buy another manufacturers bike but myself and many other Brose motor owners are not very convinced that you are listening to us.
Great ideas but why should we as customers be coming up with these fixes? We are currently on a second Gen motor and have the same issues. Now a new 3rd Gen is out with a probable fix? These are mountain bikes, we ride them in the rain, mud and slop and the advice is not to hose them down? What...
I think Specialized need to step up to the plate for their existing Brose motored customer base and introduce a rolling motor warranty like Bosch have. On top of this, They should be sorting out their cable sealing design issues and TCU water ingress issues.
I am sure @Bearing Man puts an...
