Magic Mary 2.35 Super Gravity.
It is not that sloppy where I am in Brechfa forest. There is a lot of sharp Shale rock which was slicing the sidewalls and puncturing through the tread of the paper thin original tyres on my Levo. Using SG and 28 psi on my rear tyre cured the problem for me in my...
It will be a tight fit with a 2.6 but as you are in Cape Town I guess you don’t have a need to use a rear mudguard that much down your way ;)
I had the same issue, multiple punctures due to the rocky terrain and using thin wall tyres. I used the Schwalbe ‘Super Gravity’ version (just on the...
Hey, just saw this post.
Yes, I do have a spare 1.3 motor which I purchased as a spare for my 2018 Levo off Berkshire Cycles.
Very low mileage as it was a spare. Warrantied until 05-09-2020
If Spesh can’t help you quickly it is available for sale.
PM me if you want more detail.
Specialized have just created a musical instrument. If we all remove our motors and get together on line with the Bosch guys we could create a brand new sound that could pull people together in this lock down period. With the Spesh Klings and the Bosch Klunks we could be on to something here and...
Not if you are careful and use common sense where you point the air jet.
Obviously avoid blowing any dampness into the motor via the plug connection, and don’t point it at the openings around both sides of the crank shaft and avoid pointing at any plug connection sockets and blind plug sockets...
How old is the bike?
You may have to take the non drive side cover off and clean all the crap and water out.
After you have done this unplug the cable going into the motor as moisture gets in there too and corrodes the contacts.
Dry everything as much as possible, if you have a compressor and an...
Thanks for confirming, that is very helpful and I will have to buy the Brose ‘hat’ as soon as possible. I will edit my post above too so it has the correct info (y)
That pinch bolt set up is completely different to the FF....
Can you remove the crank arm and post a photo so we can see what is underneath please?
This is what the FF Levo looks like with the crank arm off.
Can you explain why please?
Is it because you could actually push/move the entire physical crank shaft sideways which is NOT a good thing to do?
If that is the case I need to buy the Brose cap  and edit my post with the correct details.
You need one of these.
You will also require the tool below to fit over the end of your ISIS crank.
Warning
Do not use anything else to do this task as you will risk pressing the crank shaft inwards which is NOT a good thing to do :(
