This is why I have asked the question in #18 which @Specialized Rider Care have not answered yet.....
I presume you are aware that if you have another motor failure on your 1.2 or 1.3 motor after November, even if it is the 1st of December you will have to pay for a motor.
I will repeat the...
Hey @Specialized Rider Care,
A huge thank you for listening and actually doing something about all our concerns regarding the motor failures. An FOC extended 2 year warranty period is a very customer focused thing to deliver and shows your company does actually care about a big section of your...

Highest I have seen is 76 degrees Celsius. I heard the engine is supposed to cut out when it hits around 80 (not sure on that as I have never got there). The temp goes up fairly quickly when using Turbo, not so much on Trail and same on Eco for obvious reasons.
As I do a fair amount of climbing...
Hey Zimms,
As you know we have the same Troy Lee 7855 armourEd top.
As you described and I agree with you 100% it is really well ventilated and self cooling (while you are moving/riding) due to all the perforations.
For summer I wear a t shirt underneath mine made with a thin sweat wicking...
Hi Paolo, thanks very much for adding in the motor and battery temperatures in the audio messages ?
It’s really helpful for me and acts as a warning when I am pushing the motor hard on Turbo up the long climbs. On my ride today the motor hit 77 degrees and the battery reached 34 degrees so I...
Michelin Wilds will be fine. They are a much more robust tyre than the paper thin originals that came with our 2019 Levos (y)
They have built in pinch flat protection like the Schwalbe SG carcasses ?
Basically, you will be able to limp home.... albeit a lot slower than you were originally travelling as what happened to a friend of mine when we were racing enduro. He was coming first and got a puncture on the last stage and limped home to 3rd place  For me personally, in the terrain I...
No, your not a fat bastard ;)
This is the exact same problem I was having as well as sharp shail rock punctures but ONLY on the rear tyre.
Resolved it by fitting a more robust rear tyre with my tubeless set up on both bikes and added more air. Not had a puncture in well over two years now (y)...
Hi mate,
What is the problem that actually exists that you need a solution for with your tyres?
Are you getting pinch punctures or slashes in the side walls? Or something else?
It is now May the 3rd...
Nearly 2 months with zero response.
I see you have been fairly active on the forum as you have responded to numerous other questions
The meeting held at Specialized was a ‘No holds barred’ meeting and the questions below came out as a result of that meeting...
(y)The Gorlech trail links up with a number of other trails and starts at Abergorlech. The Black Lion is a great pub for food, drinks and great ‘after ride’ CAKE ?
@Specialized Rider Care can you respond to the 4 questions below please? Your last response, which did not answer all of my questions was on 6th of March ☹️
I believe if Specialized could deliver for the following 4 items successfully then it would make a huge impact with their existing...
The Kenevo has the exact same motor as the Levo installed in it. Are you saying we should only ride moderate sized obstacles and small jumps on a Kenevo as well?
