I hv replaced the magnet with a cheap plastic type and works so much better. The original one is too close to the receiver. You need at least 10 to 14mm gap.
I agree, the torque is insane and if the torque delivery is slightly more subtle, this motor is a real winner. I am only using PAS 1/9 for all terrain profile whilst shifting gears to suit the cadence. My only gripe is i have do micro ratcheting to avoid the surge of torque when negotiating...
The M600 is really overloaded with torque. If you are a really fit rider and weigh below 80kg, the M500 will suffice. Having said that, if you dont really ride technical trails then the M600 is perfect. I find the M600 torque really difficult to control over technical trails as when u ratchet...
Has anyone manage to install the E10 chainguide without it rubbing the chain stay. Its very close to the stay arm and it looks like it will rub when the stay pivots up and down.
I absolutely agree with thaeber and length matters. My analogue freeride bike is on a Fox 40 with 190mm travel. The bike is so forgiving with rought trails and smooth over everything like a carpet. It thought me how to ride steep descent and handles rough ruts and rocky terrains. Its a blast...
The prices is still the same and the battery capacity has fallen to 16aH. You could always try freight forwarders to reduce the shipping fees from China to UK.
If am not wrong, based on some of the reply. Even with both bushings is offset, the maximum offset is only 5mm, therefore , removal of material off the yoke is still necessary. I stand corrected.
Do DengFu charge postage to the warehouse in China? How much did you actually save on the postage via warehouse in China compared to DengFu direct postage?
Ok. It seems like there is two variable to deal with. One is the yoke clearance and the other is the rear triangle brace seat tube clearance. One other thing, which Mezzer are you using, Expert or Pro? They seems to be in very short supply at the moment.
Hi. I have been following the DengFu threads diligently and contemplating on building one with as much travel as possible on the rear. I was reading this particular thread and I was puzzled that you were only using offset on the 16.6mm side and Not offset on both sides. Would you be able to...
