Anyone tryed these out, same principle as going tubeless but leaving the tube in.
Had a problem trying to convert my smart sams to tubeless, leaking sidewalls wouldnt seal properly so was thinking of going this route until it's time for a tyre change.....thoughts please
Just 1 decathlon web site at the moment.......but nobody else has stilus in stock either...who know what decathlon is thinking......demand is high due to pricing does that mean somebody at marketing got his sums wrong.......how would you increase profits on a high demand item without looking...
I wonder who makes this one, I'm thinking maybe same manufacturer, if so it's more expensive and maybe more profit in switching production to these instead of stilus.... Sorry sir no stilus available but we could possibly sell you a similar speked bike for £600 more ?
My thoughts too BUT... Most bike are made in China, China has the world's biggest ebike market oh and there cheap.. Maybee a commuter or friend loaner bike.
For competition I would say yes..for everything else no, I think you would be better losing weight off the total system weight....the heaviest part is probably the best place to start.
I'm trying to lose 10kg off total system weight..a figure impossible to lose off the bike.???
Me too, signed up and got alert.... Then bought 2 bikes..... I was still checking daily... Afternoon'ly and nightly too... Paid off in the end..... Worth the wait.... Yes.... But I can't see why you just can't order pay a deposit and just wait till they sort themselves out and catch up with demand.
Ergon sme.... But to be fair it has still taken me a couple of weeks to get comfortable on it... Think I must have a delicate tush, wife was comfortable immediately on her ergon saddle ????
I should have said as the sales come in there are better bikes for a little more money, all depends on decathlon and pricing but as demand is sky high can't see them dropping at all, you do see certain models of other bikes now being reduced.?..availability is still an issue though.
These stilus's now have a mythical status, there was very little info on the Internet about them and what there is mostly reverts back to this thread.
They are not made of unabtainium and you don't need a golden ticket to bag one, you do have to be lucky though.
I think there is a little bit of...
Value for money is different to each person you speak to, a lot will depend on your intended use and what you value.
For me as a newbie to embt I valued reliability and hopefully longevity and as Gary knows this was my main concern when choosing a ebike so motor was my first priority and that's...
