    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

Battery life tests.. Mostly flat with some step short climbs. I road mostly on stock level 2 for 14 miles. - used about 15% of the battery. Did the same on mostly stock level 5 and used about 40% battery. I'm 235lbs and that is pretty impressive.. I'm probably gonna build a 200wh battery to...

I would check make sure the cassette is seated properly.. no spacers behind it. I didn't have a problem with the UDH and a 12 sp cassette so it seems correct on the chainstay.

I just put a coil on and it feels awesome.. it probably needs a progressive spring to help with bottom out.. I have a huge stopper on mine

It's a trunnion mount so I doubt it. It's not worth the hassle for 10mm

A mullet on that long chainstay length isn't the best setup to be honest.. the bike feels awesome with 29s and a 170mm fork. I was running 160 but the 170 slowed the steering down a bit

That's what I figured. I saw someone do it with ver .20.. so gonna try that. I just don't want to ghetto rig the motor to my golf cart battery again. Still waiting on the battery

I know I read this somewhere, but I can't find it. I'm trying to write the speedlimit but it gives a prompt at the top.. can't change.. please set back.. doesn't write

You may want to play with your suspension settings as well. You are going to have more weight on the back shock with a mullet. So by playful front, I think you are meaning fast steering?

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

Good rule of thumb is to start will stem that is equal to the fork offset. I run 50mm rise bars. Goal is to get the felling you are riding in the bike not on it Taking a 29er chainstay and making it a mullet is counter intuitive.. this bike has a 450mm chain stay which is great for people...

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

I am in the process of assembling the frame.. waiting on the battery still. Overall quality is pretty good compared to other chiner frames I've worked on. - Finish is good. - It didn't take much sanding to get a good paint surface. - Seat clamp actually works. Only few negative things I've...

Levo Gen 3 Crankshaft moving sideways

I will wait to comment on this, I will see what the fix action is for my motor that I've had repaired and upgraded by Bearing Man and explain what happened.

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

I've messed around with this quite a bit on my Kenevo. Changing the travel barely makes any impact on HT angle vs other changes like tires. A 2.4 rear and 2.6 front has more impact than 20mm of travel. It's all triangles. Other part as people mentioned, designed with 150mm.. What is that based...

Think I average around 6-7k for just the components if I get them all new. EXT isn't cheap!

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

Not that easy. My reasons. 1. . I don't want to buy a complete bike with a bunch of garbage on it I don't want and mostly already have. C. Find a comparable lightweight EMTB frameset and motor for less than double that cost. 17. Anything close to what Rob built would be over 12k easy. 7...
