Just got my Shimano cranks on (after they came all the way from Italy!) A few notes when installing them; The little rubber/metal gaskets fit into the Shimano cranks the same way they fit into the e13 ones. Although the Shimano cranks did not come with them, I reused the old ones. (these gaskets...
Hop on eBay if you haven't, there are a few options. I know fifty-fifty, e13 and MRP all make bash guards for ISCG03.
I currently have an MRP version on my regular bike.
The only real issue I had with the crank ordeal was that my cranks where basically where they where supposed to be torque wise according to the torque listed on the crank itself. To be clear they where slightly low but I torqued then up to spec and applied some thread lock for good measure. The...
I mentioned this in another thread but shimano style hollowtech caps fit. Bike shops should have plenty of those in stock. This is what I used after my cranks fell off the first time.
After putting many more miles on the bike I have found the range in eco, even with a lot of climbing is actually really impressive to me on this bike. The only problem is if you use one of the other two assist modes much during the same ride and then go back to eco mode later, it will seem like...
Yep, exactly this. Anyone reading this who hasn't done it yet with the e13 cranks should. It can be dangerous otherwise.
I am also waiting for my Shimano cranks to arrive in the meantime.
Made it in five minutes so the fit is not perfect but its good enough for its intended use. Works with stock chainring and cranks. Uploaded the STL and Fusion 360 file to the links so you can modify as you see fit

Thanks for the link, found their ebay store and some 160mm basic shimano ep8 cranks... They say they ship globally. Order is in, we will see what happens. They have basically every size and spec on their ebay store if anyone else is interested.
That's funny, I feel the opposite. Going back to back between my regular bike with 175 cranks and the commencal with 160 cranks, obviously I feel the extra weight of the bike with the power off... maybe it's due to my short legs but the shorter cranks feel more natural and it also feels easier...
I am also around 69"-70"
For me the medium is perfect size. Large would definitely seem too big for me imo. I prefer a smaller bike though when possible. The wheel base is still absolutely massive compared to my non ebike that is also a medium.
I ended up torquing the cap to 8nm and the pinch bolts to 20nm. Very very high numbers, I slowly raised the numbers until my torque stripe didn't move after every single ride. Good luck in your search, last I looked it was impossible to find any cranks in stock anywhere that fit that aren't e13...
If you really want a bike and you're not too picky, there are some sites and shops around that have stock at the moment, otherwise most of the manufacturers are gonna have really uncertain wait times unfortunately.
If I could've found one that I could've purchased in the states I would've got a Kenevo Expert instead of the Meta. After reading so many of these comments on issues people have had with them I am kind of glad I saved myself $9k. Not that the Meta has been perfect but its been pretty good minus...
Also if your using 48-50psi even at your weight that seems really low, like I feel at that psi your fork should be so insanely plush and possibly beyond 30% sag... Seems like your fork has some serious stiction going on for sure. Hopefully the shop can sort it out. I think commencal would...
Yes mine extends all the way back but I have over 25 pounds on you and thus I run a higher fork psi. This happens when my son rides my other bike, he weighs a lot less I have to air down the fork to sag for his weight and it doesn't fully come back up intitially. I have to cycle the fork back...
Yeah maybe it just needs some more miles. Let me know if you think the charger upgrade is worth it afterwards cause I was debating that as well. I am running nearly 30% sag in the fork most of the time which I'm sure is a big part of why its so supple. That combined with volume tokens makes it...
Haha, I have been a bit of a Fox fan all my life and actually really have taken a liking to this Zeb fork. I'd argue that it actually feels better in mild to medium gnar enduro riding while the Fox is superior feeling from everything above that and handles jumping much better. I'd say it would...
