I’ll hijack this thread and give a bump as well. Highly rated shop and the best Specialized shop up north, always provided me with great customer service which is what’s important when we’re spending hard earned cash. Damaged my chain ring racing yesterday (on way back), wrang them up this...
I have code rsc on my levo and tried nearly every brand over last few years and nothing comes close to the codes for my style of riding, have no brake fading, currently trying ubuk e bike specific brake pads and there sweet for the price.
I have a brand new set of code re for sale, only reason...
Mine lasted 500 mile ish, was fixed in no time by lbs so super happy with there service, it just ruined my bank holiday weekend and race ...... belt was the problem, think another local had same fault . Specialized must be aware of it by now, the last thing they want is to keep replacing the...
I run black diamond butcher rear and hill billy upfront, very heavy tyres tho but great grip. My mate loves the stock butchers and the fact you can have 2 for the price of 1 black diamond. The stock defo roll way faster and better battery life than the black diamond versions. I run tubeless and...
My motor just packed in today, had to get rescued . Feels like belt is slipping. Was just on a flat fire road as well, had no noise from anything, just suddenly went .
Been using guides and codes for years, love when people hate them as I get cheap bits. Have code rsc now and by far bets brakes I’ve ever had ( had XC, saint, hope e4, magura). From uplift days to techy descending. Just use proper pads as in specific, these cheaper version pads just don’t cut it.
Great posts in here guys, I my self had had 2 slipped discs and ruptured disc. I found it on climbs I’d have to keep moving around on the bike to release the pressure and feel comfortable. Tried different packs, hip bags etc, all changed when I got my e bike, no more back pain. My core strength...
So to add to this, e bike segment on a climb. You get kom the next time you ride it. While at work you get notified you’ve lost your kom, how you think as you smashed it in turbo. You check the enemy’s time in great detail and find he’s 35 seconds quicker. Wtf you think........ then you realise...
Just had this beast fitted and of to try it out. Can’t thank bikescene enough for there service, I know Berkshire cycles gets rave reviews for the south but bikescene must be the equivalent up north ?
Wash my levo with a pressure washer and never have had any problems, don’t point it at any parts like the batt connector, headset etc just from a distance .
Hey bud.
I would always get the bike that suits you more, you should be able to smoke your mate on a 29er levo down from spooky woods, myb you just had an off day. I’ve just done the golfie on sat on my levo and in the tight ruff sections the smaller wheeled Kenevo myb the faster tool for the...
I’ve noticed a couple of times on mine that when I’ve stopped pedalling the motor keeps going as if I’m peddling, sometimes up to 5 secs extra which is a bit scary on corner
