Have a look at these there are a home insurance company but specialist in bike insurance. I used them and works...
It’s probably nothing but in this video talking about the SRAM Powertrain at about 2 mins 50 it’s say that specialized and brose have parted. Gives credence to having a new motor not built by brose or cud be a load of tripe
Yep, I have a 36 miles loop from my home, onto the TPT to langsett/cut gate followed by wharncliffe then back onto the TPT. I’ve not done the full cut gate ladybower in year and definitely need to do it again so much fun.
Apparently, even after 2021 that’s has been a number of running upgrades to the motor. Not sure if this it true or just marketing / pr. my Levo has a build date of Feb 2024 so I would hoped to have one of the newer motors.

I was thinking this a mega race but not just the current crop of motors, but the gen 1 Levo sixfatty, early Bosch, Shimano, the TQ120 on the Haibike.
I’m sure the biggest EMTB channel could pull a few stings and get the ZF and brose drive peak 3 for a past, present and future motor race.
Specialized I feel has been good with the packaging but I think the drive peak 3 could be it achilles heel.
Don’t think reliability and water ingress will be a problem next gen as it has been built working with bearings man but early testing shows the power is improved but not significantly...
According to Bearing man in the EMBN interview there is nothing that can be not fixed/replaced on the brose motor including the planetary gears. At least it does give some peace of mind when my warranty runs out in 2026 if the motor goes it can be repaired.
