Ps, for anyone wanting to switch the rear brake, I cut both hoses and joined using a wood screw cut in half, then just pulled the new hose through from the bottom to the top. I didn’t drop the motor.

So we’ve had our M20 for about 15 months so I pushed the button on a H30 for me, had some parts left over from when we had the M20 as a burly all mountain build so they all went on the H30 along with a set of code ultimate brakes.

6000km in on our m20, the first year I had it built up as an enduro bike, Zebs and enduro wheels,coil shock etc and for the last few months I’ve switched to a lighter trail build and it’s just ace. Have done full on 7hr XC rides on Dartmoor along with proper DH days at Gawton and it handles it all.
Fwiw I’m about 5500km in on my M20 rise, and the only issues I’ve ever had have been E01022 errors occasionally, cranks have been fine, I’ve checked them regularly and had zero issues.
