    Main pivot removal

Oh no disaster the creek has being caused by the chain side of the pivot rubbing the frame? plus the pivot bearing are sezied as the are pressed so hard on to the spacer shaft in the main frame. I reckon the alloy cups which hold the bearing are in the wrong position during the moulding process...

    Main pivot removal

Hello people my decoy has devolved a creek! Mainly when I stand out of the saddle or peddling out of a bend. It was always their since I got it but it's getting worse I narrowed the creek to the main pivot. I was going to take it apart but have run into trouble. I have taken to locking bolt out...

Decoy charger started flashing and making this weird chirping sound

Not sure what the flashing green means. If it happens even when not plugged into the battery I would check to see if their is something stuck in the plug if not I would say it has it be a warranty job.

    Bike rack.

I not that experienced with bike racks but it seems fine to me I think It weights 15kg. I am impressed with the clamp to the ball sees very positive and easy to hold when putting on. Overall I think I made the right choice which is a first for me. I got it in the uk and shipped to ireland which...

    Bike rack.

The bike is tied down by the wheels so the clamp is really only to stop it falling backwards or forwards. I would love to get a pickup with only a drivers seat that would solve all my problems ?, I will order one of those neoprene pads and try that. I will clamp it to the shock tube until it...

    Bike rack.

Hello thanks for the reply I looked at getting one of the fake top tape adapters but with zero stack you would have to put it around handle bar and the tension be off center. The weight of the bike is not on the shock just just to keep it vertical. Maybe a better photo will show what I mean

I have a question I am used to having alloy bike and this is my first carbon bike. I am paranoid about damaging the carbon. Instead of clamping...

Bike arrived with no instructions yet help!

You can take cassette off by loosening axle clamp on disc side and pull cassette with axle out i had to do this to grease the hub as their was strange popping coming from it. Noise went after some grease as some stated on an other thread. When apart you can take the dork disc off.

Hello all. First post and first e bike. I have a decoy cf pro. I am having issue tuning the rear shock. Reading the above it looks like I need to add a volume spacer as when set the sag correctly I am using nearly full travel on moderate trails. I can not figure out which volume spacer I require...
