Any tips on removing the e13 cassette,I’ve unlocked the cassette by rotating the two separate parts of the cassette and it still sitting firm on the driver. The lock ring seems to be integrated into the cassette? My lock ring tool won’t go deep enough to get a bite.

large here too, it felt wrong doing so, but the stand over is so low it’s not a problem, I’m 5’9’’ and my Large decoy is just right.

Had similar issues, I put a heater near mine over night and blew with a hair dryer, applied dialectic grease to connections. Disconnected the controller cable and plugged back in. Apparently the system can hold fault codes and this needs resetting ??Fingers crossed its been ok since.

The 2019 are better spec, I really tike the di2 but I guess it’s a personal thing, 11 or 12 speed doesn’t make a big difference on an e bike.
