Ha ha, never thought I'd see "methemoglobin" mentioned on this forum! Not sure how it will help.
(the website programmer who wrote the auto-correct code must have minored in biochemistry :D)
Does it actually provide assist to 28mph??? Maybe the a sticker meant for a Creo or Vado was applied in error.
I'd just peel it off whatever the case. Maybe Spesh can send you a new Class 1 sticker.
U.S.Levo SLs are listed as Class 1. Where does the receipt indicate it was sold?
The Ergon Core Prime saddles are super comfortable. I use the regular SMC Core (non-E version) on my Levo SL, Creo, and Stumpjumper. The Core seats absorb more vibration/bumps than most other seats allow me to keep more weight on the seat at times in order to pedal over rough sections. Worth...
@sdcoffeeroaster – This may be “too late to the party”, but here are some things I’ve done when purchasing a used bike:
1. Before meeting ask Seller to send you a screenshot of the Mission Control page showing the bike’s SN, mileage, and battery health.
2. Also ask Seller to send you a photo...

Here’s one glued on a wheel I use interchangeably between my Stumpjumper and LevoSL:
Very nice! That would likely be snapped up quickly here in SoCal.
You might add a screenshot of the Mission Control diagnostics page to show mileage, battery health, etc.
I loved my Levo (as I loved my off-road motorcycles), but I enjoy my Levo SL even more. The SL is lighter and more agile and rides more like a regular bike. You just have to anticipate and shift down more often (imagine that o_O). The 250+W boost is plenty - it puts you about at pro rider power...
That’s why I use center-lock brake discs 😄
Glad you weren’t hurt! I’ve heard of frames failing (seatstays) on sudden extreme braking, but not disc attachment. Sadly, the hub is likely toast because it will be tough to get the remaining screws out. Look forward to the pics and what brand/model...
The desert in Southern California finally cooled off enough to ride earlier this week, so mrs levity and I spent a few days playing in Anza Borrego Desert State Park -
Some high desert riding near Canyonlands Natl Park and Moab, Utah.
