    Orbea Rise, replacement tyres

Ermmm I was swayed by Vittoria claims on low rolling resistance so went for the mazza e rated tyre. Front ok in 2.6 put the same on the rear It was all over the place. Then noticed I’d put the poxy thing on backwards 🤦🏻‍♂️😄 Will report bavk when sorted but I’ve buggered me knee so will be a...

In need of other people’s opinion plz

Jeez. See this is why I don’t use car motorbike and push bike dealers as they seem to think they still own your bike and they can go what they want with it. I know you need a service for the warranty but Spesh really don’t fill me with confidence from what I hear from levo owners in our group...

Flat Pedals Recommendations For Riders With Larger Feet!

Always have both feet little toe off the end. Other toes off the front. 5/10 too stiff for me can’t really feel the pedal edges. Constantly looking where my feet actually are. Back to the old bouts I think £140 bad purchase for me.

Flat Pedals Recommendations For Riders With Larger Feet!

Crank brothers stamp 2 large. Grub screws for pins. Normal grip soles are good with these but they are WAY too grippy for something like stealth rubber on 5-10s you just can’t shuffle your feet over into the right place, so you fit your foot off slightly and the pins stick to the sole. But...

    Bosch or Shimano motor

Suggest test ride both but also when the motors are off and above the speed limit. I find the Shimano drags heavily esp compared to brose. Or there’s something wrong with mine

    Altering steering angle (Rise)

And did you see the bit In this very thread we here I said the rise does have two 10mm spacers above the head set, BUT the slack r means effectively some of one of those 10mm spacers will be under the head set when it all bolted up. Meaning some of the set is now fighting itself by being higher...

    Altering steering angle (Rise)

Yes you said. I ain’t going that it’s too expensive …. And has NOTHING TO DI WITH THE QUESTION I ASKED RZR can I refer the honourable Member to my previous answer on exactly that. But you do now accept that it can potentially be done, after your little outburst Where you was do cock sure it...

    Altering steering angle (Rise)

Errrr angle of the fork stearer tube. But yes. The frame head tube is fixed but on some models it’s possible to alter the steering within the head tube by fitting off set or adjustable head sets cups or some other arrangement. Eg the Chris king ones are the same top and bottom but are both off...

    Altering steering angle (Rise)

Pmsl not very open minded are we. Esp as none if things you mention will have ANY effect on the “problem” invented by the members here. It’s just a question about fitting adjustable head sets to a rise and an aversion to overly slack geo on none downhill tracks. Any downhill team is playing...

    No name hubs

Wait until you see the hub hollow axle. (Not the spindle the holds the wheel in) I very much doubt it will come out in one piece it’s in the bearing so tight

    Altering steering angle (Rise)

You clearly have not read the thread. I’ve said a couple of times altering ride height” DOES NOT affect” the problem to any great degree. Could I direct the honourable member to the question at hand. Rather than giving answers you do have to a different question. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Altering steering angle (Rise)

The shock said, if you turn the lock out on, it’s effectively a hard tail dear boy. But the head angle will still be the same. And do you know, I agree with him. Or her 😄

    Altering steering angle (Rise)

I’ll talk to the shock and see what it says. That’s useful at least 🤣 I asked in the ORBEA section, and specifically about the rise. It’s in my forum name, it’s in the Orbea section. And I asked about the rise head angle I’m not talking to the specialised owners about a rise head tube am I ! 🤣
