Manufacturing defect of the spindle.
Pinch bolts not torqued to the correct specs and allowing the crank to partially slide off.
Inside pinch bolt loose and allowing the crank to flex on the spindle slightly.
Who knows. I just hope they get it...
Wow! That might be one more reason to remove the inner rubber spacer to get more bite on the spindle. I'm doing that tonight. I checked the torque on the cap and the pinch bolts, but didn't take it off to remove the spacer and locktite it.

As far as I know, it is Garmin only, and not all Garmin devices either. You have to verify that a specific Garmin device is on the compatibility list for the RS Toolbox app.

Something definitely sounds off with the calibration or reporting of battery use. I'd get some more riding in and monitor the battery status.

I stand corrected. I finally found some documentation on it. I haven't played with customizing the settings within the profiles at all, just changed between the two standard profiles. I really wish there was a good tutorial on how to use the app to it's fullest and what all of the stuff means...
