Don't have a Gen 4 so cant really comment on that.
Surely the power level you are on will have the most affect when the assistance level is exceeded. i.e. if on echo the loss of assistance will be relatively small, if on Turbo the loss of assistance will be much more noticeable.

The slight problem is that some parts they only supply if you have actually bought a bike from them. Worth checking to see if part you want can be supplied.
I think Performance line bearing can fix most problems with the Bosch Gen 2 motors.

Have you tried talking to who you bought it from, they may be able to get Bosch to honour the warranty seeing that it failed so soon after the expiry date.
My bike has the old type power pack type external battery which could be switched on with a button on the side of the battery. I assume your bike will have a power tube battery, do these batteries have a button allowing them to be switched on ?

That is what my Kiox looks like if switched on without a battery installed on the bike. I assume the Kiox is possibly not communicating with the battery or Drive unit. There is a reset to Factory settings available on one of the screens, may be worth trying that.

Not certain I understand this, the bike presumably came with a charger [assuming its not stolen]. That charger connects to the bike directly, or to the battery when its removed from bike. [socket on bike and battery are the same]

Kiox end is Micro B, the other end will depend on your phone. I use micro b to micro c on my Samsung. Something like this, choose length to suit where you will mount phone.
You may have the latest firmware, they have to tick a box top enable EMTB when they do the firmware install. [the default I believe is just the 4 standard modes]

What controller do you have ?
If a Kiox, did it establish the bt connection with your phone before setting off. The Kiox has no GPS capability on its own, its all done by your phone assuming it has made a connection with the bike.
