I’ll answer this myself. (2020 Rail) Trek OEM upper axle and nut Trek OEM lower axle and nut Fox 54mm, mount hardware for a 10 mm axle Fox 40mm, mount hardware for a 10 mm axle AND! Two new lower mount ball bearings. Old ones are dead.

Im 185 cm tall (6.1”). Run a size L. Suppose I could have gone XL as well. Fit is really good for the type of riding I do; Enduro.

Since a sworks Levo SL is 16K €, don’t keep your hopes up with regards to reasonable pricing.

Just goes to show what you like and appreciate in a bike/fork is very subjective. Agree the initial stroke of the Factory 38s is very smooth/sensitive. Never had a single harsh bottom-out though. On my Rail i have the Lyric Ultimate (160), and yes it is not as sensitive on the initial stroke...

Pretty much the same distance I did (29km) and 400 meters of climbing. Had 3 bars left as well. Very happy with these numbers.
