A short 20km ride this morning to test out the rebuilt motor and check out some trails.

A good cedar stringer once I cut it.

Had a good laugh 😆 at my attention to detail.

It’s gonna stay like that. Nothing to see here. 😉

Very windy today the seagulls were flying backwards. Was nearly blown off a few times so about turned. Life boat out for Sunday practice bouncy bouncy, back in when i came past harbour . Other boat Esvagd Alba a Danish boat sheltering from weather ,it's a walk to work boat for people who work on the wind turbines . Last ride for old shimano boots served me well they have , replacements look horrible but are actually quite waterproof. The noise of the yacht rigging is unbelievable only 50 yards from houses do well to sleep through that. Went over bars did a perfect roll only derailleur shifter on bar damaged hopefully threads are OK.

Thanks but I'm still imagining you on the Trek facing backwards scratching your head looking for the handlebars
I thought of installing both cranks at the 6’iclock position on my buddy’s bike. 👍🏻
I’d definitely outperform him on climbs then.

I have the AXS Reverb dropper so I could easily turn the seat around. 😜

I got a bike back from a custom frame maker with pedals in that position never noticed till I got home , or were they both in 12 o'clock position 🤔 haha.

I must say that 🐢 at nine o clock on the first two pics has been very patient while you set about clearing the trail ..top marks 😉
Thanks 😉.
A few years ago I had a personal relationship with that big-rock-turtle at the nine o’clock position. At that time it was hidden under some ferns.
IMG_8585.jpeg
I was approaching a group of hikers from behind and decided to avoid them by riding cross-country …easy right?

Until I hit that hidden rock (it’s since moved) with my wheel and began an OTB’s with a mid-air superman flip onto my back. I laid there for a moment, while the audience of 16 hikers gasped, screamed and probably looked away.

So…Mr Nice Guy (me), dusted himself off, checked out the bike, continued my ride. I’m sure someone in the group got a pic of me displaying my anti-gravity skills. 😉

The rock-turtle is still alive …but very very slow.
