Rockshox Recon silver replacement

I am waiting for a new Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC 750 to be delivered.
It comes with Rockshox Recon silver rl forks which I understand are a budget fork.
The bike I am replacing has DVO Diamond E3 forks.
Are the DVO's a better fork?
