Oh ya, do it. Coil on the rear and 49 set at 190. At 180 a triple is the same axle to crown as a 170 single crown

Hi !

I have the Pro Race (2019) and a FOX 40.

I would like to install the fork and I can share it with you.

BUT can someone tell me how I can reduce the travel of the Fox 40 from 2021 to 190mm?
Now it's 203mm.

I searched everything desperately but found nothing.

MUCH THANKS !

If I’m doing my math right, a Fox 40 (at full 203mm) at 20% sag with a 27.5 wheel will actually result in a lower front end than your 29er 36 set at 160. That being said you’d actually be better off with the 49 fork with a 27.5 wheel which would result in a front end height falling somewhere in between the 160mm stock front end from 2019 and the 170mm from 2020.

If you need to lower the front more .. remember a 1 degree angleset headset will lower it the same amount reducing travel10 mm.

So if you can get your fox 40 to 180 mm and run a 1 degree angleset (64 HA) you will have the same front end height as stock.

Looks incredible .. I may follow suit on my 2021 decoy

Looking at that picture you are using the seals hitting the crown as the bump stop.
Is that intentional ?
