Yamaha PW motor problems

My motor works fine in all modes after I turn it on, then after 10 seconds of riding, the displayed mode starts to flash and the motor cuts out.

I had a crash recently and there is no visible damage to the motor or the motor housing.

@Bearing Man have you any idea what’s wrong with it?

Has the magnet moved on the back wheel? I had flashing display, realigned the magnet to sensor and that sorted it.

I always carry a spare magnet in case i loose it off back wheel. If that happens your rides over.

I'm pretty sure , that it is Error71. Check the error log.
