XC around the BPW area

Does anyone have any GPX files of XC rides outside of BPW or have a link where we can find some ?

We are planning to stay down there for a few days in a few weeks and looking for rides out of the BPW area that are more XC orientated. Looking for circa 20 -30 miles routes max about 1500m.
