Winter battery

Hi folks just wondering is battery performance still the same in the colder days. First frosty day today this winter. Presume I should start keeping battery in a warmer place if below 0 c . Any difference in charging process or storage states.

Well yes but it's been rewritten on here by people who probably care a bit more and maybe tell you a bit more

Keep battery at room temp and charge at room temp.

Guidance varies, though the manual for my new Bosch says storing between a bit below zero and 10 deg C is fine, but don’t charge if well subzero. Mine lives in an integral garage, west of Scotland, so this time of year garage air temp sits between just above freezing and maybe 12 degrees.
