I´m used to ride S/M sizes bikes. They are usually suplied with 100/125 cm travel posts.
Never felt the lack of travel. Maybee agressive/gravity riders do. But not all of us are agressive/radical rideres so why this trend statements. Do we really nead/make sense 150/200 travel?
What do you people think?

People are getting taller ? Bottom's are getting saggier ?

Maybe it's a visual thing and dropper post height should more closely match front fork travel ?

Maybe 150/200 is more the ideal travel and it's just taken time for the technology/price ratio to make that length more available to the masses.

Personally I want to be able to drop the saddle down to the top of the seat tube, so will want a dropper that’s allows this - now on some frames that fit me that may be a 150, or it might be a longer one.
mod course not all frames fit longer droppers so you may have to compromise
