Which wire to connect display to motor?

I have a 2018 Vitus with E8000 motor. I think the wire connecting computer display to motor is broken as it only works intermittently. Which cable do I need to replace it? I am told later models use a different connector.

First I would give the sockets a good clean with some electrical contact cleaner and an old toothbrush as it could just be full of dirt.

Take the cover off the motor where all the connections are, and clean it thoroughly. Then clean the ports with contact cleaner, and some water dispersant.

Same for the display.

Yeah, I did that which at first worked but soon cut out again which is what lead me to think there was a break in the cable

Place the bike upside down and spray contact cleaner into the sockets, so liquid + grit drips out of the sockets.

The cable is available in different lengths, you have to measure yours before buying
