which tool to remove levo cassette

I would like to try a different set of wheels on my levo but need to transfer the cassette. As I have never done anything like this, which tools should i get
?

thanks. i suppose i'll need a torque wrench as well although i need to look up how much to torque it. same with the disc rotors.
