Where do I find 16t front chainring and the small pulley for 12 speed chain. 2017 Haibike using Bosch motor?

Happen to have a 12 speed XTR shifter and derailleur and chain and SLX cassette given to me by brother who prefers Sram.

My bike is a 2017 Haibike Xduro fullseven 7.0 that came with the Sram GX system (8 speed?). I also have the proper rear wheel and freehub and installed everything, then went to put the chain on and completely neglected to take that into consideration. The 16 tooth front sprocket and small pulley are too wide for the 12 speed chain.

I am in the US, so parts for haibike aren’t are easy to get, but I notice that over the past few years they do have some models that use sram and Shimano 12 speed systems, so I should be able to get parts to make it work.

As I search like crazy, I can’t seem to find information on any haibike branded sprocket that says it is 11-12 speed compatible. I finally found a listing on eBay (UK or Germany?) of someone who custom makes the pulley for 11-12 speed, but they aren’t cheap.

Any advice as far as what is needed and where to get?

I do see several Sram brand 16t sprockets for the Bosch that say they are for 12 speed, Sram only. I am betting that they would work, but it doesn’t have any type of bashguard on the sides (frankly, I don’t care about guards), so I am guessing they would need a spacer of some sort?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I am very new to this eMTB thing. Thx!!

You shouldn't buy haibike branded sprockets as they are very expensive. And they are probably made by miranda anyway so take a look there.

Just get a sprocket that fits your motor

I guess thats exactly what I am trying to figure out. Since typically a 12 speed front sprocket designed for a sram chain, will also work on a 12 spd shimano, I should be fine getting a sram front sprocket. I guess the issue is, do I need a 2.5 or 3mm spacer with the sprocket, as it appears that I do for a haibike application.

Then you need a sprocket with a offsett
