Hello. Has anyone already had trouble breaking the wheel rim with an almost new bike? Namely on my special turbo levo HT 29, the cracks in the last wheel rim appeared at the spokes. I'm not a lightweight cyclist, I have 100kg, but I do not think it should be a reason for cracking. I already had several bicycles, but these problems were not present . What do you think this can be a reason for the reclamation of the bike. Any idea is welcome.

I haven’t seen any issues with the rim cracking on the Roval wheels.
Take it in to your local retailer and they should warranty it for you

I´m not sure is there Rovals in turbo levo 29ht. Stout label is in my 29ht wheels.
My LBS has already my Roval Traverse 650b wheels waiting for me, i think that 3” tires are much more suitable for me and my ht. ?
Purgatory 3” comes front and Ground Control 3” comes rear.

To be honest I am not surprised you are having issues on a HT, I had wheel issues with my full sus with spokes breaking, they only have 28 spokes compared with most other hubs / rims with 32 spokes. Since I have ditched the Rovals all has been good (touch wood).

You're right, I've got Stout XC rings installed. You think that's a problem. because I also had a problem with cracking in the pedals. The bike was presented to me as a super robust bike for mountain biking. I especially liked the geometry of the bike because it really suited me. Only now, in view of all the problems, I'm disappointed. I understand that the bike needs to be serviced, but I really did not expect such problems, especially at such a price (3000 €).I own a bike for only 4 months and I made about 1800 km of mixed mountain riding along the trails and a little asphalt.

Cracking pedals or crank arms??? Crank arms is bad, pedals you can't blame on the Levo..
