Whats Kona thinking ?

Just having a look at their site and it seem they've got a grand total of 2 suss bikes - Remote 130, and remote 160. Looking at the 160 spec to cost, its horribly over priced, plus only a 500wh battery, shimano E7000 motor. RS 35 gold fork and a pretty low end RS deluxe select+ shock, and the rest is nothing to write home about, for a £6k bike. A remarkably bad deal.
What is going on with Kona these days. Are they in danger of being left behind ?.

I noticed that yesterday. Couldn't really understand why there's no EP8 or Bosch motor in them. It's a shame because if it was an up to date bike or a lot cheaper I'd be really interested in one. Maybe they're biding their time this year and will work on updates for 2023?

They just got bought out so maybe the new owners will invest some money in it.
