Bosch 500wh = 2.6kg

That’s 26000 bees required to carry a battery.

Typical hive has about 10000 bees

I have 2 hives so yes theoretically all my bees could ride with me and carry a spare battery.

I’d have quite a few reserve bees (6000) to swap duties when the others get tired ?

If you ever get chased by a swarm of bees (which does actually happen) then turbo into the wind. Bees average speed is 15mph but they will do 20mph if they are especially annoyed with you.

Just remember to peddle into the wind because if the wind is blowing at 20mph the bees can’t move forwards but your bike can. Peddle the other way and you are doomed ??????

I’ve never yet heard of any bee complaining of being speed restricted to 15mph and none of mine have been tuned I can assure you. When my bees collect nectar they play by the rules.

To much hassle using bees. Use swallows instead.

As everyone knows, a swallow can carry a coconut, so....if roughly 4 coconuts = the weight of 1 battery, tether a swallow to each corner and job done.

Don't ride with someone using bees tho cos the swallows will eat them.

European bees. I think my particular strain are Italian. Friendly and hardworking.
