Levo Gen 2 What was in your case? No Owners manual

I am curious what everyone got in their case with the battery charger. Things I didn’t get but was reasonably expecting was an owners manual, suspension calculator, warranty coverage details, and maybe a shock pump.

I got a battery charger, tubeless valves, suspension gauge, tubeless rim tape, RockShox suspension inserts, RockShox sticker and
caliper spacers. Plus a specialized User Manual, a brief manual consisting of one sheet of paper for charger Information.

Does anyone else think a proper manual should be included with a bicycle as complex as these bikes are? Or at least a web address for a pdf file for the specific bike purchased? The online information is lacking for the 2020 model year For the 2020 Turbo Levo Comp Carbon. I can’t find suspension setup for the Lyrik Select fork or the RockShox Deluxe Select + on the specialized website but found other resources online.

I received no service information from Specialized but my bike shop expects I will return the bike for complimentary service after 30-40 hours o 16 months. Really?

I think at a minimum, Specialized needs to provide a web address with pdf files for the specific bike or specific bike model, not a general reference, i.e.,. 2020 Turbo Levo, with subsections on Comp, Comp Carbon, Expert, S-Works. If this exists, I haven’t found it and think the web address should be provided by Specialized within the auxiliary materials provided at the time of sale.

What about warranty information? What about service requirements and torque specs?

The bike I bought is an amazing work of art that brings together multifaceted engineering, material science, automotive power, electrical and computer science disciplines that I never imagined owning, ever. I want to have tuis bike for a long time and think Specialized isn’t done providing what owners need to get the most out of this bike.

I got an owner's manual with all this kind of stuff, in several languages. Wouldn't expect suspension calculator as that is dependent on which fork/shock manufacturer.

An owners manual with more than one page? Can you provide a photo of the owners manual or a part number?

On the back is "SBC-335-1", on the spine "0000108906 R2". I also got a copy of the warranty.
According to the manual "A copy of the ... warranty policy is provided with your bicycle, and is available from your Authorized Specialized Retailer. It is also available for download at www. specialized.com."

And there is supposed to be a yellow sticker with your Bluetooth connection code that even notes "stick on last page of users manual" (there is for my SL anyway). We got a black zipper case for our chargers and such for our Levo SL and Como.

This should help you sort your forks;

I wonder why they don't have the same app for the rear suspension. I have found a RockShox Deluxe Select + pdf on the sram website, but they aren't as prescriptive as the Trailhead app. I was curious how many clicks I need to adjust the compression rebound, but I guess it is based on personal preference rather than rider weight from what I can tell.

Doubt it. The User Manual itself is the 2019 one, the 2020 bike is, at heart, the same.

I also got the black case, but it is frankly not exactly fancy one, more like cheap china case with S logo on it. Now that I know what its like I wouldn't really panic if I wouldn't received it.
I also received manual and service/warranty book. Interested thing is as I have ordered 2020 Comp which has Guide RE brakes, but with the bike I have received black pads spreaders which does not fit into Guide RE calipers (but they fit in Code RSC calipers).

You are right of course! But I’m an engineer and I can’t stop myself from wanting the bike in optimum condition. Had a great ride yesterday with 44 km and 770 meter elevation gain. 40% battery at the end of the day. I am exploring more terrain than I ever imagined possible. The best part of owning this bike is it gets this 65 year old out.
