What size QR dropout is this?

Hi all,
Currently building a DIY gravel/commuter e-bike based around a Pinnacle Pyrolite frame I acquired as a bare frame and forks. The rear dropout is quick release, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to fit a 135 or 142mm axle? It measures 137mm and can be either squeezed to fit 135 or just about opened enough to 142mm. I'd guessed it'd be 135 but some other QR frames I own measure up around 130 for a 135mm axle?

Is it a disc brake frame, quick release or through axle?

I’d say that’s a 135mm axle width frame from the measurement, if it’s quick release axle fitment then even more certain.
