What SIZE of Giant e-bike to choose, if between 2 sizes (M/L) ?

Is it better to choose M or L size if the rider is between this sizes?
e.g. by Giant Trance Advanced E+ 2023 model
M: 171-182cm
L: 179-190cm
Rider is 181 cm

Tahnk you for info. What does it mean long leg / long torzo? Dont you know to specify it according to inseem? Inseem is 85cm.

I'm 180cm and went with a large elite, was definitely the right choice for me.
