The Mudhugger extends down past the bottom bracket. They look very similar otherwise. It seems you might could pop-rivet an extension onto the SKS? Maybe cut some off the rear for that purpose? I cut some off the rear of my Mudhugger just because I thought it looked too long and goofy. ;-) I'd send that piece to you but I tossed it out.
Also, the Mudhugger comes with wide Velcro straps instead of Zip Ties + clear, heavy, frame protection tape.
It looks like you could do the same with the SKS in that regard also.

Another prob with the 29e4 Stereo Hybrid is the narrow gab between tire and frame „connector“ that did not allow to bring tne mudguard under that coonector.
If I remeber correct that has been discussed here before.

The Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 with 29ers looks like this and I do not believe you will find a long (arse covering) mud guard that fits between tire and frame  . At least the SKS did not. The Sicomtb does, but short and not arse saving:

I 👀 the set up I have on my Stance and reign are RRP non bolt on front fenders modified to fit the rear. The Stance has a bridge across similar to one in the picture with threaded hole that works slick as one of the mounting points. I wonder how that would work here's a photo that kinda shows it

I use a muckynutz long on the back all year round with a bit cut out to allow the chain across without rubbing

And a Crud urban racepack on the rear which attaches to the dropper in the winter over the top of the Muckynutz
