What mode were these bikes intended to be used in?

What do you consider is the intended mode for climbing on an eMTB?

Earlier someone posted that they were concerned that they couldn't get 3.5 hours worth of ride time out of their 750 watt hour battery and it had me wondering, what mode are you all riding in? The original post that prompted this poll had the individual saying that they couldn't get more than 3.5 hours "using the bike as it is intended". What mode do you think the creators of these bikes intended on the riders selecting for climbing? Downhill? I'm interested in your thoughts. I'll opine after a few have responded.

Maté there’s no right or wrong answer, everyone will have a different few . I climb sections in all modes depending how #lazy I’m feeling . Sometimes turbo is too much and I’ll loose traction if the climb is rough so trail is better and steeper smoother climbs I might need turbo !

As above, I use them all but trail is the most. My turbo levo I get 1.6-2% battery loss per kilometre over a typical ride. Equates to 50-70km per ride. My typical ride is 25-40km.
