What kind of trails do you have access to? I use my decoy to shuttle dh laps. I've got it built up with coils front and rear and cushcore. It comes in at 55lbs. It's fun, but if I could pick any bike today for the same job I might choose the new Kenevo with the dual crown fork. I would, of course, run it with a 29" front wheel by limiting the fork travel 20mm at the top.

Happy shredding

There is no such thing as the best EMTB bike. There is only what is best for you, which will depend on your budget, your skill and where you ride. It could be any one of dozens of bikes. To make the right choice, you need to do lots of research, get advice from a good LBS, try and test as many different bikes as possible. Fortunately, this process is great fun.
