I just logged in to see if they had the new SLs yet. Same bikes, but "new" tags on them. S-Works was priced at $19000!!! All the way down to the Comp aluminum was $10,200!!

I'm not sure if this is a sick joke or if they are having website issues... but I threw up a little into my mouth....

That's the Australian site. Notice the "au" in the URL. Click the flag on the upper right to change region.

You are right. I switched region to US and the right prices appear. As soon as I click on the carbon comp... it changes to Australian. Weird things going on....

Just posted same experience on a Kenevo expert. It shows it at the 8200 then when you click on it the price goes to 12k. Must be a website issue.

Your average earnings are about 2x as much though. Is it true for most products to be ~2x North American prices?
Wages are higher but not x2, cost of living is higher though 2 litres milk $2.50, iPhone 11 Pro $2100 , average metro house price 600k +, our prices include tax so there’s no add on, specialized Bikes have always been expensive here and that won’t change, giants used to be cheap here but they upped prices recently .

Wild Turkey is $68 a quart (litre...close enough) and then there's tobacco. I think 25 Marlborough would be over $30 now. 98 petrol is about $6 per US gallon. A box of 30-30 is about $35.
So my weekends are expensive....

Just jokes...I stopped smoking.

Even worse for us over the ditch in NZ. $10,800 for the Comp & sad incomes to boot!
I'm surprised they manage to sell many in our neck of the woods to be honest. Eyewateringly expensive. And in my opinion, no better than bikes several grand cheaper. Maybe worse, in fact, with so many motor issues.

Considering that most premium bikes are made in Taiwan by specialist mega-contract-manufacturers that often ship directly to target market, somebody is making a massive profit, while many small bike shops are on a brink of going out of business.

Too true, my motor sounded like it gave up on Saturday. In LBS now to get worked on.
