What is this hole on the seat stay

There's a rubber grommet on both sides of the my Fathom E+ 2 29er (2021) on the seat stay, & the hole is threaded. What's it for please? A rack?

I can't see a hole in the same place on the drive side?

Since it lines up with the rotor magnet, was there a different speed sensor mount option on that frame? Assume yours sits on the inside of the chainstay?

"Integrated KS18 Kickstand Mount" it is written in the spec for the bike .... simples.
